(CSS) Berfungsi untuk mengendalikan beberapa komponen dalam sebuah web sehingga akan lebih terstruktur dan seragam.

(CSS) bukan merupakan bahasa pemograman.

Yang dapat dikendalikan dengan (CSS) adalah Teks spasi paragraf, dan juga border margin pada tabel serta pewarnaan baik itu teks tabel maupun gambar berikut ukurannya. untuk saat ini CSS memiliki 3 Versi yaitu CSS 1 CSS 2 dan CSS 3 masing masing berfungsi untuk mendesain Website maupun Webblog.
